Greetings: A new year brings renewed hope and a renewed spirit. As the members of Alpha Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. embark upon 2012, we continue to be supreme in service to all mankind. Our mission of service follows the initiatives of the Alpha Kappa Alpha’s national program: Global Leadership through Timeless Service under the direction of Carolyn House Stewart, current national president. Alpha Alpha Omega is 85 years of making a meaningful difference. Carrying on the tradition of its founders and past presidents, our undergraduate and graduate members contribute their time and talents by taking an active and positive role in enriching lives and strengthening communities through service and sisterhood. To maximize its potential, Alpha Alpha Omega continually develops more effective ways to grow and promote leaders. Achieving the vision of global leadership represents opportunities to develop strategies to meet the challenges of women, girls and families in our communities locally and beyond.
