ICE strives to make a difference in our communities in keeping with the vision of the original incorporators through planning and implementing activities which benefit individuals and families we serve. One of those activities was a Cotillion which was designed to prepare and present African American young women as they take their place as leaders in their communities and schools. ICE distributes proceeds from events and/or activities to benefit community service.
