With the upcoming chapter elections, the Leadership Development and Nominating Committees decided to come together and design a two part series covering the 10 Dimensions of Leadership for current and potential leaders within the chapter.

The series concluded on Monday, October 20th at Ebenezer Baptist Church, with the "So Now You Are Elected" workshop. Under the facilitation of Soror Delphina Briscoe and with the guidance of the presenters, sorors learned about the remaining leadership dimensions. Soror Linda Bryant provided a great icebreaker about Team Building. Soror Toni Kendrick spoke about the Perceiving and Judgment and Soror Fawn Robinson discussed Serving and Performing. Soror Mary Pat wrapped up the workshop with a lovely realization that leaders need to focus on themselves through Self- Renewal to be effective and reduce burnout.
