With the upcoming chapter elections, the Leadership Development and Nominating Committees decided to come together and design a two part series covering the 10 Dimensions of Leadership for current and potential leaders within the chapter.

"So You Want to Run for an Office"

The series began on Wednesday, September 17th at Woodland Hills High School Library, with the "So You Want to Run for an Office" workshop. Soror Arielle started the workshop off with a wonderful icebreaker activity, which included small groups of sorors working together to determine and present how they would prioritize characteristics of leaders. Soror Lee redefine the topic of integrity while Sorors Daria and Adrianne introduced the dimensions of inspiration, enthusiasm, boldness, and fortitude.
